ラストのPart4ではボールタイにされた洋子が足を天井から吊られて拘 束される。そこに男が近づき、再び洋子の鼻をフックで吊り上げる。さらに男はハイヒールを脱がせていやらしく洋子の足をくすぐる。身動きができない洋子は テープギャグの下からすすり泣くようなうめき声を漏らす。
