国際線のキャビンアテンダントの奈菜。フライトを終えて空港からの帰り道に悪漢に囚われ、見知らぬ部屋で縛り上げられてしまいます。椅子の上で緊縛されて 身動きのできない奈菜の口に大きなボールギャグが押し込まれます。必死に縄を解こうとする奈菜ですが、緩む気配はありません。やがてボールギャグの上から ベッタリとテープで口を塞がれ、助けを呼ぼうにもかすかな呻き声を漏らすこと下できません。最後は床のうえでホグタイにされ、絶望的な眼差しで奈菜はカメ ラを見つめます。
