白いレオタードに光沢のあるストッキング、そして白いブーツと白いレザーグラブに身を包んだスーパーヒロイン奈菜が敵のアジトで囚われてしまいます。
Part2では柱の前に座らされた奈菜が胡座縛りにされてしまいます。厳重な白いガムテープの猿轡の下から呻き声を漏らす奈菜。必死にもがいて逃れようとしながら助けを呼びますが、切なげな呻き声しか発することができません。
やがて敵の男がスパーヒロイン奈菜に再び近づき、奈菜は開脚縛りされ股縄まで掛けられてしまいます。さらに猿轡もボール付きのパネルギャグに取り替えられ、ヒロイン奈菜は悔しさと恥ずかしさで苦悶の表情を浮かべます。
