ラストのPart4ではねねは胡座縛りで拘束されハーネスボールギャグを咬まされる。窮屈な姿勢でもがくねねに男が近づき、フックでねねの鼻を吊り上げ てしまう。屈辱的な責めに羞恥と苦悶の表情をみせながらねねは呻き声を漏らし涎を垂れ流す。最後は縛られたままダンボールに押し込まれ、ねねは倉庫に放置 されてしまう。
