敵のアジトに潜入した秘密工作員美希。しかしあえなく敵に捕まり厳重に拘束され柱に縛りつけられてしまう。やがて敵の男が美希に近づき、レザー製の目隠し を美希に装着し、ポンプギャグを口に押し込んでベルトで締め上げる。ポンプで空気が送られると美希の口の中でバルーンが大きく膨らみ、美希はあまりの苦し さに苦悶の呻き声をもらす。
