容疑者の男に囚われて厳重に拘束された秘密捜査官愛菜。
ラストのPart4では愛菜の美しい鼻が惨めに鼻フックで吊り上げられる。床の上でもがき、うめき声を漏らす愛菜に再び男が近づき、ボールギャグの上か らガムテープで何重にも愛菜の口を塞いでいく。抵抗しようとする愛菜だがどうすることもできない。床に転がされ苦痛と羞恥に苦悶する愛菜。最後には男が愛 菜に近づきガムテープをはがし、愛菜の口の中いっぱいに溜まったヨダレをコップに採取する。
