怪しい男に連れ去られ屋根裏部屋に監禁された愛菜。Part4では愛菜はベッドの上であぐら縛りにされ、さら前かがみの窮屈な姿勢で固縛される。口には穴あきのプラスチック製ボールギャグが押し込まれ、惨めな鼻フックもされてしまう。
ダラダラと垂れ落ちるよだれを止めることができず愛菜は猿轡の下で「よだれが、よだれが垂れる！」と切ない声で叫び続ける。さらに男はコップを取り出し垂 れ落ちる愛菜の涎をそこに集め、たっぷりと溜まったよだれを愛菜に見せ付ける。愛菜は男が身体を触るわけでもなくただ愛菜の涎をみて喜ぶ姿を見て、意味が わからず「もうやめて！縄をほどいて！」と叫び続ける。

Her mouth is stuffed with plastic ball gag and she is nose hooked .She is forced to bending,the end of ropes from her wrists are anchored to the flame of bed so she can hardly move on the bed.Soon she starts drooling lots of saliva and making spots on the bed. She groans loudly , feels so embarrassed , and continues gag talking.
Then her captor comes near to her , takes a glass on his hand, put it bellow her mouth. Mana has no idea what he is doing at first but soon she understand what he does. She feels so ashamed to see her saliva stands in the glass. Mana shakes her head ,moans and bitches loudly behind the ball gag.
