　看護のために患者の家を訪ねたナース小春。しかしその家には悪漢が潜んでおり、囚われて縛られてしまう。柱に拘束され口には布の猿轡が咬まされる。やが て、柱の前で胡座縛りにされ、今度は布切れを詰め込まれた口をガムテープで何重にも覆われてしまう。厳しい縛りと非情な猿轡にナース小春が苦悶する。
