Part４では、今度は新人アイドル寛子が床のうえで胡坐縛りにされる。苦しい前かがみの姿勢で縛り上げられ、可愛らしい顔に苦悶の表情を魅せる。やがて ボールギャグを手にした怪しい男が寛子に近づく。おびえながら「お願い、止めて」と懇願する寛子の口に男はボールギャグを押し込み、ベルトでガッチリと締 め上げる。再び咬まされた猿轡の惨めさと窮屈な姿勢の苦しさに、寛子は訴えるような眼差しでカメラを見つめ、切なげな呻き声を漏らす。
