サーキットを華やかに彩る美しきレースクイーン寛子。レース場から悪漢に拉致され見知らぬ部屋に監禁されてしまう。気が付くと拘束台に縄で厳重にされて いた寛子に、男が近づき大きなボールギャグを寛子の口に押し込み、頭の後でベルトをギリギリと締め上げて固定してしまう。必死に逃れようとする寛子だが縄 は一向に緩まない。助けを呼ぼうにもうめき声しか出すことができず、寛子は拘束台の上でもがき続ける。
